Dear Msgri/Frs, good morning to you all. I wish to bring you a good news about HCA .
Our dear Bishop, Most Rev. CVC Onaga has given us an approval to Institute the Holy Childhood Association (HCA) in all the parishes and missionary schools in Enugu Diocese through the assistance and cooperation of the Parish priests, Head mistresses, and Principals. Thanks to our dear Bishop.
What are the Steps to take ?
1. Appoint one or two persons in your parish or school that we shall train for you free of charge. The person is called an Animator . He/she coordinates these children in your parish, giving them moral lectures, liturgy, Bible classes, Catechesis, etc. Yours is to supervise.
2. After the period of training, there will be an enrollment ceremony with a Holy Mass to be officiated by you and the Diocesan PMS Director in your parish or school.
3. The name of your parish or school is then registered in the National and Diocesan HCA directories and WhatsApp platforms.
4. Most of the materials such as the uniform, books, mission rosary, and medals are usually bought by the parents of the children during the enrollment exercise.
