The Dean, Nkwo Nike Deanery, Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Celestine Nwogbu invited the Director of PMS, Enugu diocese, Rev. Fr. Francis Agu and those working with him, together with some of the HCA children to Assumption parish, Nkwo Nike today being 20th July, 2025 to diocese institute, and inaugurate the Holy Childhood Association.
It was a great event, and the parishioners, and the children were very happy.
In his expression of gratitude, Fr. Nwogbu thanked Fr. Francis and Sr. Sochinwe Chukwu for missionary paradigm shifts, and vision towards HCA in Enugu diocese. As a result, he appointed a reverend sister, and a lay faithful as Animators in his parish and announced that today’s event would mark the beginning of the celebration of the Children’s Mass in his parish. He thanked other priests present, and also appreciated the efforts of the diocesan Bishops towards the growth of HCA in the diocese.
